UKIP Scotland Weekly Roundup

March 25, 2016

This week is the big one!

The beautiful Scottish Sunday morning was made all the better with news that support for the Union was at a record high, 58%. The story in the Express is available here

The week began with UKIP Scotland Leader, David Coburn MEP, meeting BBC Executives at Pacific Quay to brief them on our Holyrood Campaign.

Thursday 24th March was dissolution day, and nominations opened for the Scottish Parliament elections.

During the day, David and the team did the rounds with the media at both STV and the BBC.

That evening, David Coburn took to the stage at the BBC for the 2016 Leaders Debate (the one we are invited to!)

You can catch up with his appearance here:

On Friday, it was back to the BBC to take part in Gordon Brewer's Big Debate show on Radio Scotland.

Saturday is another GO Saturday, with UKIP Scotland and Grassroots Out taking to the streets across Scotland to campaign for Brexit.
